Import Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped to the United States of America, Hong Kong, Switzerland, Australia, Taiwan, Canada, South Korea, Japan, the United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, and the United Kingdom, all applicable import duties and taxes are included in the prices displayed on the website. No additional payment will be required from the customer at the time of delivery.
For orders shipped to all other countries, additional charges, including but not limited to customs duties, import taxes, and local administrative fees, may apply. Such charges are the responsibility of the customer and may, depending on the destination country:
- be calculated and paid during checkout, where available;
- be requested by the appointed courier prior to delivery;
- or paid to Italian Luxury Group before delivery.
The applicable treatment of duties and taxes, including any inclusion of such charges in the purchase price, will be communicated to the customer before delivery.
For shipments to non-EU countries, where the recipient refuses delivery, Italian Luxury Group reserves the right to deduct from any refund all duties, taxes, customs charges, return shipping costs, and any related administrative or handling fees incurred. A minimum deduction of €100, in addition to any applicable return shipping costs, may apply. Customers are invited to consult the Returns & Refunds Policy for further information.
